Welcome to Cartqu! By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Cartqu provides a multi-tenant e-commerce solution that allows users to create and manage online stores.
Definitions
- 'Cartqu' Refers to the web platform and its services.
- 'Client' Refers to the store owner who creates and manages a tenant.
- 'Customer' Refers to end-users purchasing from a store created on Cartqu.
- 'Store' Refers to an individual store created within Cartqu.
Account Registration
- Clients must provide accurate details including name, email, phone number, store name, country, currency, and business type.
- Customers must provide email, phone number, and name to register and place orders.
- Social media login via Google and Facebook is available for both Clients and Customers.
Data Collection and Usage
- Cartqu collects data for user experience improvement using Facebook Pixel, Facebook Conversion API, and Google Tag Manager.
- Payment details are not stored as Cartqu integrates with third-party payment providers (Stripe, Iyzico, Upay).
- Checkout requires address information for shipping.
Service Availability and Termination
- Cartqu provides services globally and offers free trials.
- If a Client discontinues service, their data may be retained, and periodic emails will be sent regarding data storage.
- Clients can request account deletion, which permanently removes personal data.
Content Ownership
- Clients retain ownership of their store data, including products, categories, brands, and sales.
- Cartqu reserves the right to use anonymized analytics for service improvements.
Security & Authentication
- Cartqu uses JWT-based authentication for both Clients and Customers.
- Security best practices include HTTP-only cookies for tokens, short expiration times, and refresh tokens.
Third-Party Integrations
Cartqu integrates with external services such as:
- Payment providers : (Stripe, Iyzico, Upay)
- Analytics tools : (Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager)
- Hosting providers : (OVH, Cloudflare)
Limitation of Liability
Cartqu is not responsible for:
- Transactions between Clients and Customers.
- Service interruptions due to external factors (e.g., hosting provider issues).
Changes to Terms
Cartqu may update these Terms, and Clients will be notified via email.
